Responding to feedback you can now buy tickets for Kaya Festival 2013 in a number of different ways:
E-TICKETS:
Electronic tickets are available from the Festival’s 2012 ticketing partner TicketScript using the tool below. E-Tickets are sent to you by email, must be printed out and brought with you to the Festival, along with ID, where they will be scanned on entry. E-Tickets incur a service charge.

PHYSICAL TICKETS:
Physical tickets are available from the Festival’s main ticket partner Ticketline. These can be purchased using the link below and will be posted to you to arrive three weeks before the Festival.
Physical ticket purchases incur a booking / transaction fee and a secure postage fee.

Terms & Conditions of Purchase:
1. Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned after purchase.
2. The right of admission is reserved.
3. Management reserve the right to alter or, in the event of adverse weather conditions, to curtail or cancel the performance.
4. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
5. Strictly no animals allowed on site.
6. Strictly no glass allowed on site.
7. Strictly no fireworks or fires allowed on site.
8.There will be no refund in event of cancellation.
9. Management reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the programme if necessary.
10. ID Required for entry.
11. The Festival will operate a UK Government approved Challenge system to prevent underage drinking.
12. Kaya Festival will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
13. No unauthorised sound systems are allowed on site.
14. Gates open at 12.00pm on Friday 24th May for Weekend Ticket holders and 12.00pm Saturday 25th / Sunday 26th for Day Ticket holders.
15. All vehicles are liable to be searched, and must be parked in designated areas as directed by traffic marshals.
16. Vehicles parked on the public highway will be towed away.
17. Anyone that is caught with a controlled substance will be reported to the Police immediately.
18. Ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotion of the Festival.
19. The Weekend Ticket price includes the car-parking fee. Day Ticket holders are required to purchase an additional car-parking ticket at a cost of £7.00 + fees per vehicle per day. The parking area is private property and abandoned vehicles will be towed away.
20. “Chinese lanterns” are not allowed and will be confiscated.
21. No open fires are allowed at Kaya Festival. You may cook in the campsite using a small camping gas stove but no disposable BBQs or any other type of BBQs are allowed.
22. A reasonable amount of alcohol is allowed on site for personal consumption i.e. 16 cans, wine box etc but no glass is allowed on site at all. If anyone is caught selling alcohol onsite they will be asked to leave.
23. All child ticket holders must be accompanied by a ticket holding parent or guardian. Child Tickets are for anyone 13yrs old or younger on 23rd May 2013. All persons aged zero to 17 MUST camp in the same area as their families with a maximum of 2 teens per adult (over the age of 25).
24. Campervans must purchase an additional Campervan Ticket. Only standard Campervans are permitted – caravans and large converted buses etc. are not allowed.
25. If the weather is wet, ground conditions in some areas will be muddy. We urge you to be prepared. Wear clothes and shoes appropriate for the conditions. Move through any areas of wet ground or mud with extra caution.
