What happens if anything happens to my boat while its under your care?
As soon as your boat is taken into our highly secure facility it is automatically insured. Our insurance contracts covers theft, natural disasters and accidents. Our insurance company covers us up to £100 Million worth of damage. Should anything happen to your boat we will replace it with a similar one or one with the same market value.
What happens if I cannot pay back the loan?
If you cannot pay back the loan but you still want to get your boat back it is advised that you make arrangements with us before you miss any repayments. Otherwise, we will have to auction your boat to get back our money. Please ensure that you contact us ASAP when you sense that you will not be able to keep up with repayments so we can discuss a way forward.
How long will it take before you send the money into my account?
This will depend on how long your application process takes. If you application is approved within minutes, you will get money deposited or transferred into your account within minutes. Some people face problems with their application because of lacking the right documents which results in applications taking a long time, we will not make any payments until an application is fully approved.
